  • Understand the project requirements and communicate with management to enhance the features.
  • Provide estimations/plans and schedule the design deliverables.
  • Conduct design concepts walkthroughs with management.
  • Engage with project teams to ensure timely deliverables.
  • Manage the design team and support them in creating better design solutions.
  • Ensure that the team is abreast of ongoing design trends.
  • Manage the distribution of projects within the team.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve their skills through training sessions.
  • Conduct daily team stand-ups to ensure projects are on the right track.
