My Role
- Understand the project requirements and communicate with management to enhance the features.
- Provide estimations/plans and schedule the design deliverables.
- Conduct design concepts walkthroughs with management.
- Engage with project teams to ensure timely deliverables.
- Manage the design team and support them in creating better design solutions.
- Ensure that the team is abreast of ongoing design trends.
- Manage the distribution of projects within the team.
- Collaborate with the team to improve their skills through training sessions.
- Conduct daily team stand-ups to ensure projects are on the right track.
